Now-to-New is an umbrella term for innovation, change and problem solving work, each representing a shift from the current situation (Now) to what’s need instead (New).

Now-to-New is holonic

Coined by Arthur Koestler, the term holonic refers to a system of holons: autonomous, self-reliant units that are simultaneously a whole in themselves and a part of a larger, higher-level system (a holarchy).
